Layers Public Sculpture

The Layers Public Sculpture is thousands of feet of steel rod and plates, to make up a 100 foot long flowing steel railing. Commissioned by the City of Richmond, the fence backs onto a greenway, offering a space to enjoy natural beauty within the city.
